We only use Arkansas grown rice; both long grain parboiled white and whole grain parboiled brown rice.

Parboiled rice undergoes a steamed process that uses pressure to force inner and outer starches together making the rice less sticky and separate. This process helps retain many of the vitamins found in unprocessed rice. Nutrients soak into the rice kernels before the outer layers are removed.
